About StarXCO
The desk in the middle of the deal
StarXCO is a commercial facilitation and intermediary company. We sit between buyers and sellers, owners and charterers, cargo and fleet — and we make sure the right parties meet, verify each other, and keep moving.

Who we are
Built for transactions that involve more than two parties
StarXCO was established in 2021 as a commercial coordination and trade facilitation desk for transactions that draw in producers, traders, vessel owners, fleet operators, terminals, surveyors and banks — each with its own documents and its own timetable.
We work across petroleum products and energy, maritime chartering, trucking and haulage, logistics and delivery, and related physical commodities. Our focus is clear communication, specification compliance, quantity integrity and proper transaction documentation — from initial enquiry through verification and to execution. The parties themselves negotiate terms and contract directly.
We work primarily across Nigeria and West Africa, with international opportunities for petroleum products, vessels and chartering where suitable counterparties are available.
How we conduct ourselves
Four principles we do not trade away
Neutrality
We facilitate for both sides of an introduction. We do not hide information from one party to advantage the other.
Verification first
Counterparties, mandates and documents are checked before an introduction is made. No verification, no introduction.
Documentation discipline
Transactions proceed on proper paperwork — commercial, product and maritime — coordinated from the start, not patched together later.
One accountable desk
One point of coordination from first contact to execution, so nothing sits unread between three inboxes.
Scope of our role
What we do — and what we deliberately do not do
Clarity about our role protects every party in a transaction. This is where StarXCO stops.
Introduce verified buyers, sellers, owners, charterers and service providers; coordinate communication, schedules and documentation; keep a transaction moving to agreed terms and execution.
Take title to goods, possession of cargo or vessels, or custody of client funds — unless a specific transaction is structured that way. We are not a principal, a bank, a carrier or a legal adviser to a transaction.
Identify where product, tonnage or equipment is available, and what it realistically takes to secure it — including the documents and verifications required.
Guarantee availability, pricing or outcomes. Every opportunity remains subject to availability, counterparty verification and applicable regulations.
