Documentation & compliance
Paperwork that holds up
Commercial, product and maritime documentation coordinated by StarXCO — with every transaction subject to verification, contractual terms and applicable regulations.
What we coordinate
Three families of documents
The exact set depends on the transaction. These are the documents StarXCO routinely tracks and chases between the parties.
Letters of intent and purchase orders (LOI / ICPO), soft and full corporate offers (SCO / FCO), sale and purchase agreements, proforma and commercial invoices, and commission or facilitation agreements.
Product specifications, certificates of quality and origin, quantity and quality inspection reports where agreed, and export or import licensing where applicable.
Charter parties and fixtures, notices of readiness, bills of lading and waybills, manifests, port clearance and delivery or proof-of-delivery documents.
Our stance
Verification, confidentiality and limits
Counterparty verification
Company registration, standing, mandate and signatory authority are reviewed before an introduction. Where a position cannot be verified, we say so and stop.
Document integrity
Documents are coordinated between the issuing parties and kept consistent across the transaction. StarXCO does not issue, alter or certify commercial, product or maritime documents.
Regulatory awareness
Opportunities are handled subject to applicable export, import, sanctions and sector regulations in the jurisdictions involved. Parties remain responsible for their own licences and compliance obligations.
Confidentiality
Requirement details and counterparty identities are held in confidence and disclosed only with consent, or where a transaction’s documentation lawfully requires it.
Ownership & role
StarXCO does not claim ownership of petroleum products, vessels or trucks unless a specific transaction is structured that way. We act as facilitator and intermediary, not as principal.
Claims discipline
We state only what can be verified. Client names, mandates, transaction values, licences, certifications, partnerships and completed-deal claims are not published without evidence.
